We received our boxwood panels and are have installed them on our outside patio wall. They look amazing! We got good insight with a quick phone call about how best to install. I am so happy with my purchase.

Balls came but with no sign of wire in any of the boxes to tie them off like I saw in the video. Called the company several times but only went to voicemail so I left message . No one ever called me back. I suggest you watch video on how to put together because without that there are no instructions and no wire so I had to make my own
